Diesel Engine Rebuilt

Bought a 1.9 Volkswagen Golf engine for my boat (currently have a 1.6) and I need to rebuild it. I am looking for two things in the Greater Toronto Area and surroundings:

- Someone's garage or workshop or barn where I can take the engine apart and put back together. Need only electricity and will work on the weekend only. Will bring own propane heater, so heating will not use hydro.

- A good place where I can take the engine block to have new sleeves and pistons put in, cylinder head adjusted and so on. I will bring the parts.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
