We are putting our home built
Catamaran on the hard for the summer in Titusville
Florida. We have many concerns so need some advise. The
boat is built of foam
core composite with awlcraft
paint finish. The front windows are made of gp
bronze acrylic. Hatches are
lewmar ocean series. How would you control the amount of
solar heat coming through the windows and hatches? We were thinking of putting foil faced foam on the inside to block the sun rays, but we are afraid of maybe super
heating the plastic. Is there a better way that will preserve the finish of the plastic and keep the heat down inside.? Looking for an inexpensive way and time is of the esence.
