We will be leaving Mobile, Alabama Jan 2006 en route to Panama, Galapagos, Tahiti, and ending the first leg in New Zealand in Nov 2006. We have a 48 foot Catamaran. We would like to hear from other multi-hullers who are planning the same trip. We would like to compare notes, routes, provisioning strategies, equipment and the like. I to will be leaving around the end of Jan 06. I'll be leaving out of Clear Lake TX. However I'm planing on spending some time working my way around through the Bahamas first then cutting through the canal. I don't really have a time table planed just going to take as it comes while in general trying to time my location to be awy from the storm season. I'll be in a 31'prout. Maybe we'll cross paths at some point. Good luck on your trip.
