Obviously, we're just getting one side of the story here but I certainly do feel for these young owners. Some boat manufacturers seem to just let their customers be their "QA" and "QC", and they count on the fact that it is often difficult for owners to pursue legal options. But in today's world of social media access, mfg's with poor customer service functions risk having their dirty laundry aired for all to see.
