Leopard 38' sail in at.

Hi guys have anyone had problems with there leopard engine mounts.The nut or tapped plate is turning in the engine bed so I can't tighten the bolts on the engine mount.I don't know if it is a tapped plate or just a nut.If it is a plate my idea is to dill a hole through the bed and through the plate and pin it to stop it turning,but I don't know what is there.Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
