Is this a TPI?
This was built in 1994. It is listed as a Jeanneau Lagoon 42, but it just seems smaller. When I look at other 42 TPI models, there are definitely more port lights on the side. Is this a model after the TPI?

It appears the same size as a TPI lagoon, I am thinking this is one of the French made versions just after as you said. Interesting choice the owners converted shaft drives to sail drives and relocated the engines aft

Yes it is a genuine Lagoon 42 TPI.
