Does anyone know anything about the Wrighton Bi-loup 36'? It has a double keel.

Not my cup of tea but the Bi-loup are quite a legend for the French and they know one or two things about boats. They are considered very solid, simple pratique and well made. if you like it and it is in good condition, go for it.
