Wellington 44 / Med Marine 43

Well hello from a new member...I am down in Florida looking to buy a cruising boat for 2 in the 40-50ft range. I have found a Wellington 44 cutter and a Med Marine 43; however there is very little info on these boats. can anyone enlighten ?

If I cannot find a boat its back to chartering and long cold winters in Canada, however its not exactly hot here !!
