surveyor, chesapeake (rock hall, MD) area

need survey on 46 ft moody 2000. Boat in rock hall maryland. List provided by buyers broker as follows: (Has anyone used any of these surveyors, happy with them or not?)

I used Tarn almost 2 years ago on my Valiant 42 in Port Annapolis, he was very thorough. In the time since, as I have been working on his list and other upgrades, I have not found anything one would expect any surveyor to find that he did not identify.

Based on stories I've read/heard here and elsewhere, that seems pretty good, no?

The survey was thorough. Tarn took the time to answer my questions and explain things during the survey. The report was comprehensive and issues well documented. He was responsive later when I had questions or needed advice.
