S & S Condor
Anybody have experience or knowledge regarding the S & S Condor? Do these have balsa core decks? How well do they sail?

The one I'm looking at has old teak deck and I worried it has a balsa core. If this is the case it can be assumed the decks are going to be pretty soft.

Opinions pls.
