ProFurl Halyard Swivel Jammed!

Does anyone know about the Profurl B29L? Has anyone assembled one of these? The manuel seems pretty cryptic! I JUST BOUGHT A NEW JIB AND I GUESS THE LUFF IS TOO LONG. Consequently I have stupidly winched the halyard swivel up to the very top of the furler track and now it is stuck. I have been up the mast to try and release it but it seems totally stuck. I have tried reasonable force (!) but dare not apply more until I know what is happening. There is just one locating screw (?)on the swivel. I have removed it but to no avail. The halliard itself is free. Is there some sort of track stop that might be jamming it. I would be very grateful for any advice or information. Thank you in advance.
