Looking for Jeanneau Owners

we looked into dividing the chain locker, even met some folks out in CA with a Jeanneau that made such a modification, (they regretted doing so and later took the divider out). We ended up leaving the chain locker as is. We did use two anchors while we cruised for the last three years, the primary is a 45lb Danforth with a secondary 45lb bruce; on the stern we have a 35lb danforth. FOr the priamry we had 200' of chain with 250' of rode, for the secondary we had 50' chain and 250' rode. We coiled the primary ground tackle in a "U" shape in the locker, while the secondary chain and rode licved inside a combo mesh bag/5gal bucket. The bucket was inside the bag and gave the bag some "structure". This worked wonderful for us and left us with enough room in the locker that when we tied up at a marina we could store the aft chain and rode (also in a mesh bag) in the locker as well inorder to clear the decks.
