Jeanneau sm 44

Hello all I am new around here and have a few questions about a jeanneau magic 44.

So I have been looking around to buy one for a while now and I have recently found one close to where I live (very handy) this particular vessel was priced at about 47k euro and has been dropped to 43k. Which is a good price from what I have seen. I could be wrong?

Now this particular one however has been lying up for a while, not too long maybe approaching a year now and needs some work. I was only there for 30 minutes to have a look.

- top sides and bottom paint job
- couple of gashes on the bow and cockpit
- possibly some new winches etc.
- leaking hatches and some portlights
- serious bout of mould inside ( even some greenery growing inside the portlights)
- and a whole other list of small jobs.

And there really isn't a great inventory with her. New ferling headsail 2017, no dinghy fairly old equipment.

My question is this: Is it worth that money ?
- and how much would you pay?
On my next visit what should I really be looking for?

Realistically I could do the work myself.

Oh my budget for the boat is 50.k that has to include any work to be done.
