pirate is a Columbia 41 a good choice for a liveaboard?

I am searching for a reasably priced liveaboard and am looking at a colubia 41 right now and need a secound opinion on it seeing how i've never seen one of these boats before. lol any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated seeing how im on a very short budget

My current budget is around 30k but i don't mind a project either
