First-time charter in La Paz, Baja - Help!

I'm hoping to charter a 35-40' monohull sailboat in La Paz this spring for a week. I'm an experience dsailor, and had my own boat in the Sea of Cortez for five years, but this would be my first charter. I'm flumoxed. Dream Yacht Charters has lots of fancy plastic palaces for a lot of money, but the company has terrible reviews. Another outfit, named GoBajaCharters (connected to a sailing school) is small, has the kind of boat I want, but the folks who run it don't appear to be very professional (details available, but I won't go into it right now).

I'd love to get a recommendation from someone with personal and preferably recent experience chartering a sailboat out of La Paz.
