Re: please help does any body know what kind of boat this is

Right you are - no Rhodes nameplate at top rear of hull. A lot of R22's going strong - have many features for comfort. Furling genoa and furling main, huge cockpit, std bimini, motorized outboard mount, best pop top ever.... etc etc.

Re: Does Anybody Know this Kind of Boat?

I agree with Tim. It looks just like my Rhodes Conntineatal 22. The forward windows were a 1984 upgrade.
To be sure check the mast step. If it is an older Rhodes it will be hinged. There are some videos of the how to step the mast on utube.
Also the spreaders will be 1" diameter tubes that slip onto pegs attached to the mast.
Another feature of the Rhodes is the stays. You could have 1 forestay, 1 or 2 backstays, and 2 or 3 port and 2 or 3 stbd stays. Yep up to 9 stays and still room to walk.
The swing keel and rudder are nearly identical.

If it is a FREE Rhodie congrats. I just got a FREE 1971 Rhodie also. Maybe we could exchane ideas on our new project
