Re: 40 Best Sailboats

I want a 40 best navigational aids list, with the eyeball going up against the sextant and the chartplotter...

PS
You are right, it really should have a multi, like F-27, THAT boat rocked the world and many of those doing moderate (and more) cruising
Thanks Erika, I too don't do the facebook thing so hadn't seen the list. I now feel better that my boat is not on the list since it would be on a list with a Beneteau Sense. Actually the Sense incorporates some great ideas, but I think it is far from having proved itself to be one of the 40 best. Maybe it would make the 40 most troublesome.

And remember that most of those boats that make you feel inadequate are of the "my pee-pee is bigger than your pee-pee" school of yacht design. IE, the whole purpose of the boat is to make everyone else feel inadequate and jealous. Now have a look and see if anyone on those boats is having as good a time as you are... feel better now?

Have a good one, mate!

I'm really quite secure with my small pee pee. I actually like the Hammo village and yes there are few real cruisers here. But I love the village. We've had crook weather for 10 days while my kids have been here so we decided to give them a resort experience rather than 10 days cooped up in an anchorage in the pouring rain with Mum and Dad. Kids fly home today!!

I hope the bones (and joints) are improving

Re: 40 Best Sailboats

LOL. No Bristol Channel Cutter, no Cherubini 44....and there's a HUNTER on the list? OMG. Not to mention the Whitby 42, which has to be the slowest monohull ever built.
