1993 Solo II Sailboat

Anyone know anything about this one? I ran a couple of searches with no luck.
1993 soloII sailboat. 7ft 6" beam, 26" depth, winged keel. That is how it is listed in the ad. It is rigged as a catboat. All I found was a 19 foot boat called a Solo in my search, not a Solo II.
Anyone know who makes these?
