- Ability to perform light housekeeping and light cooking
- Ability to recommend local dining, restaurants, music and club scene
- Ability to speak about the Chesapeake Bay Watershed, sailing destinations and anchorages
- Ability to kayak, paddle board, sail Laser, American, Topaz, Rainbow
- Ability to drive Wellcraft, Parker and Carolina skiff powerboats for tubing, skiing, exploring
- Ability to teach yoga, SUP yoga
- CPR/First Aid Certified
