Crew Wanted: FL Northbound Coastal May Junee

Prout Quest 31sailing catamaran departing FL east coast for Baltimore area late May. Offshore as practical to Beaufort, NC then ICW thru Chesapeake. Unpaid. Travel to/from the boat are crews responsibility. Skipper provides all onboard provisions and trip expenses. Crew experience should be at least intermediate. Skipper's 3rd such passage in 8 seasons of ownership. Very safe vessel, built in U.K. for North Sea conditions. She's no racer but I prefer the safety and comfort features. Crew may sign on for any leg of the journey. Beaufort and Coinjock NC and Norfolk are definite stopovers but will accomodate Crew preferences as possible. I wait on the weather so don't be too much bound to calendar. I provide good meals, excellent drinking water and don't mind Crew having a cocktail when safely moored in good conditions.

Hello there!

My name is Evan, and I am a college student living in Los Angeles. I have been working on the water my whole life, even living aboard a 41' Beneteau with my family. I raced lasers, 420's and opti sailboats as a kid as well, but certainly still have a lot to learn now that I am old enough to crew larger vessels with other sailors. I hope to continue with shorter passages while I am in school and begin crewing full time when I graduate in spring 2023. I travel extremely light and am accustomed to small quarters. I've worked on the water in the Great Lakes on small craft as well as salvage scuba diving in the summers, logging 25-30 hours on the water a week. I also have my basic life support and have significant experience in critical care both US emergency rooms and foreign mission type clinics.

I am young, fit, easy to be around, and pretty good with a camera!
