Hey Redbull!!
Here recently in Cabo San Lucas, it's been in the upper 90's.
The averages for the month of June. Is around the upper 90's.
I hope that isn't too hot for you?

Yeah.
Death Valley in the hottest part of summer can get to 130 F / 54.4 C, in some places there.
Here in Phoenix Arizona, where I'm at. The average temperature is 112 / 44.4 C to 115 F / 46.1 C on a regular summer day. The worst I've seen since I've lived here for almost 10 years was 119 F / 48.3 C!!

During one of our trips it hit 126 in Titus Canyon, and averaged about 119 everywhere else. At night it was still over 100 degrees and when the winds kicked up it felt like someone was pointing a blow dryer on you. Gotta love it!

web site
From the most excellent www.sailwhisper.com web site, I found under "Links" a number of sailing web sites dedicated to Mexico. You might try:

We plan to charter with Moorings in the late May or early June timeframe.
Thanks in advance!

You can try Sailing in Mexico, Baja, Sea of Cortez, Vallarta, Acapulco, Cancun, Cozumel - Latitude Mexico
Going north from La Paz you will find several islands with plenty of mooring sites. Isla Partida is a must!! Re: Where to go in July? - Sailors Talk Sailing - Latitude Mexico
If you have time you can sail up to Puerto Escondido and maybe be part of the Loreto Fest!! Loreto Fest 2007, Get Involved - Latitude Mexico
Hope this helps.

You're talking about Los Islotes. It's just north of Isla Partida, and south of Isla San Francisco. We spent a day there in the mid '90's and it was all they said it was. Unfortunately, I heard the Mexican government made it a wild life refuge and as such it is now off limits.
If you have time, the North end of Carmen Island has a place called the V cove. It's good in settled weather, has a great spearfishing reef, a beach and caves and you can go into them with your dinghy.
If it's white sand you want, check out Los Muertos, although it's South of LaPaz. It's probably too out of the way for a charter. When we cruised Mexico, there wasn't any development at Muertos at all.

Swim with sea lions at Los Islotes, don't stay overnight, fair weather anchorage only, leave time to go on to San Francisquito before dark. Go up the river at SF in your dinghy to check out the lagoon (clam city)

It is called Islotes Rocas just north of Isla Partida. It is an absolute must! The most fun you can have in the water. I've been there a dozen times and love it every time!
As for white sand beaches in the La Paz area. Check out Ensenada Grande on Isla Partida and Ballandra on just north of La Paz on the Baja Peninsula. These are my two favorites.
