Confusion Misinformation about individual locations and their latest COVID restrictions on foreign yachts could we just keep updating each other on Your Location and Your Restrictions?

Just the facts as you know them and please confirm changes when proven.

Suggest a simple Format like this draft example... Happy to hear of additions or improvements that could be managed easier.

Immigration will not clear in Foreigners arriving by yacht

Customs/BIR are becoming more aggressive with long stay foreign yachts as there are no clear regulations in the Philippines. Customs have recently cracked down on all the boats in Bonbonon/Tombolo bay asking them to show cause why they should not be charged import duties? This is a disturbing recent development!!!

Coast Guard in Subic are reluctant to issue clearances for local cruises, lots of paperwork, various department permits... Not easy to leave Subic Port

6 If you do cruise locally, you must remain at anchor for 14 days, take swab tests upon arrival before you can dock

Local Vibe is highly regulated in and out of Subic Freeport by the Administration. Heavy PPI rules with fines to everyone and no COVID deaths on base.
I hear in the provinces that it is far more lax, but cannot personally confirm
