What to do Before Hauling a Sailboat for a Couple Months?

i would like to know what i have to do before we haul our sail boat for couple month

Do not forget to pump out the holding tank(s).

You may want to strip it of sails before you haul.

Decide what you are going to do about batteries.

Check insurance...who pays if they drop it? What about damage while stored? Is the policy current?

Definitely take down all sails (including any on roller furling).

If it's just for a couple of months, I think you could leave batteries connected (as long as you don't have any parasitic loads)

If you have a retractable speed impeller, pull it and replace it with a blank so the lift's slings can't bodge it!

Consider flushing your engine coolant system w/fresh water after you've hauled (semi-winterize).

I would fully winterize the engine: flush and fill with coolant (do not flush and leave dry), change oil, filters, etc. etc.. Remove batteries or put them on a trickle, etc.. Clean the hull while she is in the slings, much harder work once the growth dries, etc..

If the boat stays on dry and if there is a crane nearby, onecan remove the stick and give it a thorough check up.

Cover the hull once on dry.

Even better, install a garboard drain plug at the lowest point in the bilge. Besides being useful for draining the bilge on the hard after a haulout, it comes in handy when you want to scrub your bilge nice and clean.
