recommend rigger los angeles for solent stay
can anyone recommend a good rigger in los angeles ?

I would like to install a solent stay on my boat in the water ?

also my stainless steel solent stay fitting has 3 bolt holes on each side.

what type bolt, screw, rivet to use ? Prefer thru mast but angles of holes make it impossible.
