Looking for recommend on 39'x21' cat haul out North Carolina

Hi We are planning to pull our 39' Privilege Cat out in Mid Aug for about 3 months and looking for a marina in North Carolina or Possibly Virginia. Chesapeake is looking very expensive to haul ($2K round trip) and looking for a DIY friendly marina that is a bit more budget friendly if possible.
