Legal Travel to Cuba

I was/am planning a trip to Cuba in November/December and was planning on going under the legal General License:

8. Support for the Cuban people: The U.S. Treasury Department Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) defines “support for the Cuban people” as “human rights organizations; independent organizations designed to promote a rapid, peaceful transition to democracy; and individuals and non-governmental organizations that promote independent activity intended to strengthen civil society in Cuba.”

My plan was to load up the boat with clothing, tooth brushes, pencils and whatever else I could gather for orphanages in Havana. Sadly, I had someone contact me last fall that has done just that, and I was just going to look him up, but must have deleted his PM.

So I'm back to square one, if anyone can give me guidance, information, contacts, or offer advice, I'd really appreciate it.

Not interested in a political debate or advice on why not to go.
