Good Ocean-Cruiser - 34-38' - Under $50k

Any thoughts on a capable ocean cruising boat that can be found on the West coast for around 50K. I am looking for something in the 34-38 ft range. Any thoughts?

I know you said 34-38', but have you considered/looked into a Westsail 32? As big inside as many 36's I've been told, and in your price range.
