Re: FUEL TANK CLEANING STUART FL

I used Sludge Suckers. I am in the Charlotte Harbor area, but I think they are all over Florida. I was on my boat on the hard and happened to see their truck. I flagged them down and had them "clean" my 27gal fuel tank, which means they stuck a hose into the tank and sucked the fuel through a 1micron filter bag and back into the tank. They stirred up the bottom with the end of the hose as they polished for about 15 min. They got a lot of crud out of the tank, but certainly that method cannot do a super thorough job. $225.00.
