Martinique Damage Commissioner (COMAV)

I am wondering if anyone has experience with this organization or knows anything about it? I am getting a boat surveyed in Martinique and due to some time constraints, this is only organization with an availability in the time window.

It's hard to judge just based on website, but they seem to do work for insurance companies which I interpret as good?

Anyone else have any experience or knowledge of COMAV?
