Haulout & Slip in Annapolis

In Spring I am taking my 44ft sailboat to Annapolis. Any suggestions on haulout/storage facilities that allow some small DIY projects.

Also looking for someplace to keep the boat in the water while I am gone for a couple of months. A slip would be preferred.

Not in Annapolis but Herrington Harbor North in Deale is a fantastic place to keep a boat. Also good for working on it.

Near Annapolis is Casa Rio in Mayo, MD. Nothing fancy but they allow DIY.

Jennings in Reedville if metro-amenities aren't critical... they know boats (and build one every year or two), and live on the premises...
