Dry Storage West FL, 46' ketch
Looking for a dry storage yard on the west coast of FL for my 46' ketch starting in February or March. Ideally it would be in an area with good connections to air travel. Will be showing the boat for sale.

So far I have located Charlotte Harbor Boat Storage, and Salt Creek (St. Petersburg). We have draft 5'6"and 59' air. Charlotte Hbr sounds best as they allow limited liveaboard but getting in may be difficult due to shoaling.

Any other recommendations?
