Never said we ran AC all night in marinas. “Pouring” might be a little over the top. However, I can't see those that have AC abstaining and enduring becauses their neighbors don't have AC. Perhaps take the issue to the marina management and put forward a suggestion ban AC at night.

Pouring water?.....not sure that's an accurate description.

Would you complain if your neighbor in suburbia ran their aircons all night?

You do know compressor and fan noises on some home aircon units, ESP older models, can be quite loud.....louder than many boat generator exhaust noises.
