Adapting Australia BBQ for European/Caribbean Gas Bottles

My recently acquired catamaran is in the Mediterranean. I have fitted a Galleymate 1100 BBQ (purchased in Australia).

My question is how to best connect this to the European exchangeable gas bottles (called 907 gas bottle I believe)? All gas hose adapters are marginally different sizes.

I am currently in Antalya, Turkey and so far had no sucess even finding somebody to assist. I have a range of Australian gas hoses, adapters and regulators.

A further question - I plan to cross to the Caribbean in next years ARC - what gas bottles are used there and will I need adopters for my vessels gas connectors there?
