Hi there has anyone dealt with Abayachting brokers in
Italy? I am looking at a yacht in their Sardinina branch and dealing with a guy called Luca Bosazzi and another guy called Sabrina Mazzei. We like the look of the
boat from the pics but we are in NZ and our
money doesn't come through til early March. Could get there in Feb to look at her but in the meantime we don't want to miss out. Should we pay a deposit to secure her, make an offer subject to
inspection,
survey and finance? If shes not any good once we get there would we get our deposit back?
Anyone know a good independent
surveyor in Sardinia?
Or much about
boat buying in
Italy?
From what I've experienced traveling in Italy so far its fraught with rules and bureaucracy.
