Marina Hemingway

My boat is in Marina Hemingway, just outside Havana, Cuba, where I was forced to leave it in late March because of COVID-19. It is expensive to keep it there and I am keen to return to the boat so I can sail it to some place cheaper and safer.
I have inquired of several agencies when I might be permitted to return to Cuba for this purpose, but I get either conflicting replies, or no replies at all. I know there are other boat owners in the same situation, but I don't know who they are or how to contact them.
Is there anyone out there who can shed light on the situation in Cuba in general and Marina Hemingway in particular? Anyone with a boat currently in Hemingway?
