Want To Buy: WTB: 30' to 35' Weekend Cruiser for Chesapeake

Looking to buy a small cruiser we can spend the weekend on the Bay. Looking at boats in the 40k to 60k range.

Want to spend the time sailing and not working on the boat (at least until next spring maybe) - maybe this is not a reasonable expectation?
