Want To Buy: Looking for UNLISTED 42-46 CC

So a best friend got excited with my CC cruising boat (no one is too excited with my racing boat... ) and wanted me to help her getting one. I have active feeds from the usual listing sites, so no need for any links to matching boats there - I have found for myself an unlisted boat from the first owner through a word of mouth...

So here are the specs:
- monohoul center cockpit sloop/cutter ~42-46
- modern design from a known reputable builder
- furling main is a must
- well organized for a single/short handed operation
- year 1990++ (closer to 2000 would be nice)
- reasonably well maintained
- prefer a Yanmar 55HP and higher. Beta would be fine
- bow thruster, a plus...
- power winches an advantage
Budget - up to $100K - based on condition and refitting needs.

Please no DIY, Oroject wrecks, damaged, non registered etc.

Location - preferred US east coast but would consider Europe as well and anything in between.

AGAIN, I GET ALL THE LISTED BOATS, SO LOOKING FOR UNLISTED ETC...
She is willing to pay a reasonable commission to a broker or someone helping in getting the boat of her dreams... (my friendly assistance is free!)
