Hello! I have sailed all my life...and have recently retired from a life of engineering/real estate development.
Part of my efforts during my career was to create an automated net-zero building system. I wanted homes to be as energy efficient as possible! Cheers!

However, now I am looking to sail as much as possible. I would be keenly interested in skippering your boat!
