It is located at the Herrington Harbour North Marina in Deale, MD. Price includes slip at HH North and launch in the Spring 5K value. This is my first time listing a boat, so if I miss something important please let me know. Asking price $59,500. I do realize that its higher than the normal market, which is at around 40K but please go through the upgrades to understand the ask.
