Ray gun to keep the motorboaters away.

I'm a live aboard and there is a 4G Wimax tower nearby, so I'm taking advantage of it with a unidirectional antenna (ray gun) to get speedy internet access compared to the hugely expensive and slow DSL provided at my dock.

I like the idea of a ray gun for motor boaters, zombies and aliens. Can't have too much protection.

4G is amazing when it's on. I find myself shutting off my wifi to get faster downloads on 4G. Too bad the bandwidth isn't free, or nearly so.
