Running dehmidifier on mooring buoy

What would be the simplest way to use a small dehumidifier on my mooring ball. A portable solar panel? Any recommendations without a complicated system??

Even the smallest dehumidifier will consume significant amounts of power (several hundred watts). You're not going to be able to power that off of a small/portable system for any useful amount of time.
