Need help on a new battery/charger/solar system...

Hey guys this site is AWESOME!!!!

So I'm helping my father in-law set up his battery system in his 37' Fisher live-aboard motorsailer (not sure if this is the correct term) and need a little guidance.

He has 2 banks of batteries with 4-6v batteries in each bay and a pergo switch between the two. The batteries are toast(5yrs old) so we are putting in new batteries and solar system and after lots of research here is what we've come up with so far.

8 Trojan T-105's (same size as old battieries)
Water Miser Battery Caps
Morningstar TS-MPPT-60 Controller
Morningstar Remote Digital Display
2-keyocera 255w Solar Panels

Possibly a smart battery combiner to charge both banks???

Does this sound like a good setup?
Is there anything you would change/upgrade/downgrade?
Are we missing any components?

PS. He has his fridge running 24/7, laptop, coffee maker, lights, radio, autopilot (usually only ran when the motor is on).
