MYSTERY CABLE FOUND ??

Just discovered strange looking wires / cables x2 epoxied under the fwd bulkhead in my 1990 Beneteau First 41.5 s . Had to remove a small section to allow for AC ducting . The wires don’t seem to have an apparent purpose and I’ve never seen anything like this in a yacht before. Hoping someone has ?

Do they have a metal core? Or just the wire wrapped around the fibers (?) inside?

If there is a metal core it's pr a shielded cable. That would point towards a control cable. Maybe for a pump or windlass (only its control cable).

If there is no core it might be something they used to control the positioning of the bulkhead during construction.

Only guessing....
