What do I need to convert from 120ac to 12vdc. I woud like to feed my 12 vdc system with the generator??????

The simplest would be to use the 120 VAC to 12 VDC battery charger that you no doubt already have on your boat.

Then you can run your 12 V DC system off the batteries.

I do not think I understand your question. There are battery chargers that take 120vac and convert it to 12vdc.
