Electric plugs in the Maritimes & St. Pierre

Cheryl Barr's excellent Cruising Guide to the Canadian Maritimes tells me that some of the public docks / marinas in Newfoundland have 220VAC 30A 60Hz outlets.

That is, of course, an unusual combination, so, I ask, does anyone know what plug they use? NEMA L6-30? NEMA 6-30? Or something else?

Same question for 220V 50Hz in St. Pierre?

Thanks,

Jim
