It seems like you got the extra coverage from Square Trade. Seems good for $2, if it actually covers the products like they claim. Has anyone ever tried to make a claim with them?

seems that the first guy is gone but I have a track I g number for the 1p.o. Watt panel from China post so we shall see what happens .

As to the 200 watt kit China post says that they have received the package and its in transit .

I have had this happen before where the seller stopped accepting orders usually means that they are out of stock of the item no big deal .

Newhaul,
Did the panels show up yet? Seems like those "good deals" have dried up.

Was looking at the 100W EFTE w/the aluminum plate backer (similar to the Lensunsolar) and they are ~$104/ea. Maybe marketing hype, but the more expensive flex panels have the aluminum backer which is supposed to be better. Have no experience w/them (we have hard panel Kyocera) and trying to embrace the flex panels.

Re: Cheap flex solar panel

Does "in shipping" mean that a shipping label has been created, or that it has actually been physically shipped?
It would be pretty easy to take the money (however small) and create a shipping label to make it look like there is actually a product to ship.

I'm still skeptical of this, as I once got taken with a similar scam on ebay.
I fell for a new (but cheapie Brother) sewing machine for $30.
The shipping was free, but the time was listed as nearly 2 month ETA.

The seller disappeared from ebay within a month.

Re: Cheap flex solar panel

Fairly certain ebay would cover it w/their guarantee if you never receive the item purchased.

Re: Cheap flex solar panel

I found a similar listing for $15.06 CAD

Unfortunately, and as expected, it didn't actually get shipped.

Ebay has refunded my money.

To good to be true is as it always is. Ebay is wonderful. I have
been a member since 03, bought cars, boats. They always follow up and buyer protections are real. I am very interested in how this turns out.
