Battery Charger c.25~30A (12V) : Victron Phoenix and others?

Hello

Looking for a replacement battery charger with 3 outputs and around 25~30A, 12V.
- Will be left on for much of the time, so must be fully automatic
- must be no connection between mains earth and d.c. output which must "float"
- must be reliable
- must be quiet, ideally with no fan, or a fan that runs infrequently
- capable of cockpit locker installation, so at least drip-proof

Any recomendations, please?

Also, have been specifically looking at the Victron energy Phoenix 30A, 12V model. Can anyone advise whether the fan really runs 24/7 and how noisy is it? Any issues with reliability?

thanks
sb
