Ahh Groundhogs, or boat batteries?
That is the question.

I think for the boating minded, the venerable house battery bank is a better indicator that spring has sprung.

After a long sleepy cold winter...bats are worse then grizzly bears when they are woke up early, and then asked to feed....

Something besides themselves.
