420: Leaking Hatches

I had one of my hatches start to leak and bought a new rubber seal for it (around $A100). Whilst replacing the seal I realised that the seal is made a complete rectangle by gluing the ends of the rubber extrusion together. Often the hatches start to leak because this joint breaks. I had another hatch leak and noticed this joint was part broken. Much easier and cheaper fix this time just use a good quality rubber glue and re-join the ends in situ. Voila...no leaks
