My name is Mark Swidrowski, age 37, professional skipper and responsible sailing mate. Current location in Grenada, last 6 month cruising on Caribbean,looking for next opportunities as the season comes to an end.

EXPERIENCED
Experienced in ocean and northern seas sailing ( 25 000 Nm, Spitsbergen,Greenland, Iceland, North Sea), tough weather conditions regions, preferring long distance passages. Good team player with positive attitude, ability to cope with difficult situations and fast decision making.
Experienced skipper ( Culture Tall Ship Reggatta 2011), well qualified ( Ocean Skipper PYA, Yachtmaster Offshore MCA/RYA Commercially Endorsed up to 200GT, ARPA, STCW95, SRC), yacht delivery practise and passion for high latitude adventure sailing. Last 4years I sail with my life partner Caroline (age 26). She is Experienced in ocean sailing, tough weather conditions, single handling(8.000Nm, STCW95 complied). Preferably we are looking for opportunity to sail together as working couple/team, but single propositions are also highly appreciated.

ATTITUDE
Well organized and self motivated with high ethic standards. Strong mechanical background and good yacht maintenance skills. Always ready to hit the ground running.
Sailing in a regions where safety is crucial and one can only depend on his own performance.
As Sir Knox Johnson once said: "Prevention is better aspect of seamanship, than cure".

LATEST COMMITMENTS
Our last commitment was on Caribbean, where we were sailing last 6months.
At the end of 2012 I delivered 44ft sailing boat and prepared for
ARC2012 from Villamoura to Gran Canaria, I came back to Portugal
delivering conceptual trimaran 56ft from Lanzarote to Lagos, back in
Las Palmas with Hanse 461.

PLANS
We are available for single or couple positions. Short term deliveries or long term position.
Plans for September to December 2013 are open, I can deliver any sailing yacht.
